Based in ACG’s Chicago office, she brings more than 17 years of experience in cultural organization leadership, programming, strategic planning, marketing, and executive search. Ms. Deja first began her relationship with ACG in 2015 as a Project Consultant, providing professional interim management services to open and lead a new performing arts center. Developing diverse programs, increasing earned and contributed revenue, and fostering collaborative relationships with board, staff, and community are at the center of Ms. Deja’s achievements.

In making the announcement, ACG President Bruce D. Thibodeau said, “We are delighted to expand Jenna Deja’s role with ACG and apply her vast experience and success in organizational leadership, executive search, and interim management. These skills, along Jenna’s extensive background in the performing arts industry as a presenter, promoter, and producer will greatly benefit ACG and its clients.”
“I am very pleased to join ACG and serve its North American clients based in the Midwest,” said Ms. Deja. “I know ACG’s services and resources will greatly benefit the arts and culture communities and I look forward to highlighting ACG’s expertise in executive search, interim management, revenue enhancement, facilities & program planning, and organizational development to cultural organizations of all sizes.”
Ms. Deja’s most formative experience in the arts was gained through her work at the Arden Theatre Company in Philadelphia. Beginning as the Audience Services Manager, she held a variety of positions in development, marketing, education, and production before taking on the role of General Manager. She was also a team leader in the on-time and on-budget delivery of the Arden’s new $4 million 50,000-square-foot theater complex.
