Mr. Kilpatrick has served as the Executive Director of La Crosse Community Theatre since 2010 and Weber Center for the Performing Arts since 2012, both in La Crosse, Wisconsin. While at La Crosse Community Theatre, he oversaw day-to-day operations, led the company through a transition into a new facility, expanded staff, and increased the number of annual productions by 50 percent. As Executive Director of the Weber Center for the Performing Arts, which houses the La Crosse Community Theatre and Viterbo University theater and arts programs, he was responsible for all operations, including rentals, staffing, and scheduling.
