The following positions are currently available within ACG:

Director, Marketing & Communications
Based remotely and reporting to the Senior Vice President, Revenue Enhancement (SVP-RE), the Director, Marketing & Communications (Director) will be a strategic leader for all aspects of ACG’s marketing and communications effort, including regularly published written materials, branding, public relations, digital and analog marketing, client presentation support, and market research. The Director will lead a team of three and manage all content and infrastructure for ACG’s owned channels (web, email, and social) as well as pursue opportunities that position ACG to grow its international client base and service to the field. This includes  developing and supporting sponsorships, consultant  speaking engagements, media interviews, and arts and culture industry content that reflect ACG’s values and service areas. The Director will also oversee marketing and communications technology including the email client database, references, and testimonials. The role will interface with ACG leadership across all firm service areas while building a positive culture of engagement with marketing and communications activities throughout the firm.

Project Associate and Business Writer
The Project Associate and Business Writer (Associate) will provide editorial, operational, and administrative support to all practice areas, with a primary focus on Planning & Capacity Building (PCB) and secondarily in Revenue Enhancement (RE). This individual will draft, edit, and format ACG proposals, articles, and presentations, working collaboratively with client facing project teams. The Associate will also provide a broad range of administrative functions, including project management, scheduling, coordination, and additional responsibilities that advance the effectiveness and efficiency ACG’s Planning & Capacity Building and Revenue Enhancement areas. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Planning & Capacity Building, and in close collaboration with the PCB Practice Leaders, Marketing & Communications, and Business Office teams, the Associate’s responsibilities will span the cycle of consulting projects, including client proposals, project budget tracking, and collecting reference information.

Research Manager
The Research Manager (Manager) will implement rigorous and objective methodologies related to data collection, data analysis, preliminary findings, and other research functions that support to the firm’s various practice areas. Primary activities will include qualitative and quantitative survey development, compensation benchmarking, web and social media research, and gathering and presenting information from established national and regional datasets from primary and secondary sources. These sources could include but are not limited to surveys, focus groups, and interviews with analysis of comparable and contrasting themes that highlight consistency and gaps in results. Significant elements include salary benchmarking reports and public information research from websites, the press, and social media on candidates for executive search. The Manager will be expected to manage multiple projects with a high degree of speed, accuracy, and autonomy, including analyzing, drafting, editing, and formatting data reports within ACG’s style guides and with careful data attribution.

Senior Vice President
Planning & Capacity Building

Reporting to ACG’s President, the Senior Vice President – Planning and Capacity Building (SVP-PCB) will focus on business development, delivery of client services, and team mentoring, training, and supervision. Serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the SVP-PCB will collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to maximize their respective impacts in the field and to achieve tangible outcomes for clients, colleagues, and the firm with IDEAS embedded throughout. The SVP-PCB will carefully monitor and plan PCB’s team resource utilization and mobilization, oversee proposal development, supervise project implementation, and advance PCB financial performance. This individual will be an active participant in national and international arts and culture sector conversations, conferences, and other professional settings.
