Michelle Esposito (she/her/hers) is a seasoned financial and general manager with a wealth of expertise in strategic management, research, nonprofit finance, and administrative support for the artistic communities. Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, Michelle assists in a wide variety of crucial financial functions within ACG, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of financial affairs for multiple internal and external engagements.
Prior to joining ACG, Esposito served as Finance Associate at the Theatre for a New Audience, where she was responsible for maintaining monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial records and reports. She also supported activities related to artist contract and union remittance and handled payrolls of more than 150 employees. Previously, Esposito held a position as Finance Apprentice at Roundabout Theatre Company. In this role, she developed the organization’s unclaimed funds procedure and generated daily wraps, projections, and settlements for internal and external distribution.
Throughout her career, Esposito has also served in administrative capacities at Frederick Arts Council, American University, Joffrey Ballet School, Rockefeller Productions, and Penn Live Arts.
Esposito earned a bachelor of science degree in entertainment and arts management from Drexel University and a master of arts degree in arts management from American University.
