BOSTON — Arts Consulting Group (ACG), the leading provider of hands-on management consulting services to the arts and culture industry, today announced that Josyanne Roche has joined the firm as Vice President to support the Executive Search practice area. Based in ACG’s Raleigh location, Roche brings many years of professional expertise to the firm in organizational development and leadership cultivation, recruitment, and placement.

Most recently, Roche served as Vice President and Senior Associate at Koya Partners, a Diversified Search Group company. At Koya, Roche’s work encompassed global, national, and regional clients from higher education, nonprofit, arts and culture, healthcare, and government sectors. With a deep understanding of each client’s vision and mission, Roche guided numerous executive search projects and delivered outstanding candidate placements. She also contributed to comprehensive candidate pipeline development, using outreach and data-driven research to ensure equity, diversity, and client compatibility in a rapidly evolving workforce.

Previously, Roche was an Associate at the international executive search and recruitment firm Odgers Berndtson with a focus in the higher education, healthcare, and academic medicine practices. She performed candidate identification research, outreach, and screening, devoting special attention to qualification match and candidate diversity. Roche began her executive search career at a boutique higher education search firm, Brill Neumann, where she fulfilled the role of Manager of Search Support. Prior to joining the executive search world, she worked in real estate and historic preservation, supporting various companies including NAI Hunneman, Building Conservation Associates, Inc., and Halstead Property, LLC.

Roche is an avid linguist and speaks French, Haitian Creole, conversational Japanese, and is in the early stages of learning Korean. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in media arts from Long Island University, with a concentration in photography and audio engineering.
