Marcus Performing Arts Center (Marcus Center) has selected Katie Dillow as Vice President of Finance and Administration and Ken Harris as Vice President of Venue Operations, following an executive search process led by Arts Consulting Group (ACG). Dillow began her tenure on December 13, 2021 and Harris began his tenure on November 8, 2021.

Dillow joins Marcus Center after serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Alverno College. While there, she led financial and human capital strategy, risk management, and facilities operations. Dillow successfully negotiated a partnership agreement to establish a new location in Arizona, growing the brand presence. For more than 12 years, Dillow worked at Goodwill Industries of Southern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago. She has also served as a board member and Vice President of Programs for Professional Dimensions, a strategy consultant for Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition and the Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, the Co-Chair of Milwaukee PMO Roundtable, and on the National Board of Directors at Marquette University, where she was Board President in 2015. Dillow holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and international business from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

An established executive in the entertainment, theater, and experiential marketing, Harris most recently worked at The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. While serving as the Vice President of Operations, he oversaw the front of house, guest experience, and production for the 2,500-seat ballet opera house, 1,900-seat concert hall, and the 200-seat flexible space. In this role, Harris partnered with resident companies, provided the necessary support for productions, and created a positive guest experience. He has also worked at Carnival Center for the Performing Arts and spent 20 years with the Walt Disney World Company. Harris holds a bachelor of arts degree from State University of New York at Fredonia and a master of fine arts degree in drama from the University of Washington. He also completed The Senior Executive Leaders Program at the Center for Leadership at Florida International University.

In making the announcements, Executive Director Kendra Whitlock Ingram said, “In their short time with the Marcus Center, Katie and Ken have already made a significant impact on our organization. Their strategic, customer-focused approach combined with industry expertise has made them invaluable members of the Marcus Center team. We’re so thrilled that they are here.”

“Congratulations to the search committee, board, and staff of Marcus Center on their selection of Katie Dillow as Vice President of Finance and Administration and Ken Harris as Vice President of Venue Operations,” said ACG Vice President Jenna Deja. “Both are futuristic thinkers and strategic administrators. We look forward to seeing the organization thrive with these two additions to the leadership team.”
