While serving as the Vice President of Operations, he oversaw the front of house, guest experience, and production for the 2,500-seat ballet opera house, 1,900-seat concert hall, and the 200-seat flexible space. In this role, Harris partnered with resident companies, provided the necessary support for productions, and created a positive guest experience. He has also worked at Carnival Center for the Performing Arts and spent 20 years with the Walt Disney World Company. Harris holds a bachelor of arts degree from State University of New York at Fredonia and a master of fine arts degree in drama from the University of Washington.
