Old School Square has selected Shannon Eadon as President & CEO, following an executive search process led by Arts Consulting Group (ACG). She began her tenure on October 21, 2019.
With 30 years of experience in community and corporate fundraising, marketing, and management, Ms. Eadon most recently served as Director of Development for Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC) in Englewood, New Jersey. In this role, she led the creation of a three-year strategic plan, oversaw 21 development events each year, and implemented a capital campaign that raised $4.6 million in six months. She also redesigned a membership program resulting in a 26 percent membership increase and a sponsorship program resulting in a 61 percent revenue increase. Prior to her tenure at bergenPAC, Ms. Eadon served as Director of Development for Count Basie Center for the Arts, where she increased the development budget from $500,000 to $3 million in five years, implemented a three-year capital campaign that reached its goal of $5 million in one year, and created a state-wide forum for Development Directors in the arts. Her additional leadership roles include Senior Vice President and Associate Media Director for Rosenfeld, Sirowitz, Humphrey & Strauss in New York City.
Ms. Eadon is an active member of her community serving on multiple boards and committees, including the Monmouth Conservation Foundation, Monmouth County Historical Association, and Monmouth County Hunt Racing Association. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Denver.

Ms. Eadon has a thorough understanding of the needs of our community, our visitors, and our staff. I have no doubt that she is the right person to take the helm at Old School Square and lead us into a new decade as the community’s cultural center.”
