Jeffery Harley

Jeffery Harley (He/Him/His) is a detail-oriented professional with relevant experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance. Proven ability to maintain accurate financial records, manage budgeting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with a strong commitment to organizational efficiency and compliance. 

Prior to joining ACG, Harley was a Branch Banker at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which he began in March 2024. He managed the day-to-day financial operations, focusing on customer accounts and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. A critical aspect of his job involved appointment scheduling while providing an exceptional client experience. Additionally, he supported financial analysis across various departments and assisted in generating client-specific reports, maintaining data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. 

Earlier in his career, he worked as an Office Assistant at the Bob Murphy Access Center in Long Beach, CA, from January 2019 to July 2020. In this position, he assisted in managing confidential records, supporting compliance with privacy policies while ensuring data accuracy. He organized and maintained detailed records and files, including financial reports and sensitive documentation. 

Harley is also an accomplished musician and has played flute & piccolo in various orchestras, including Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, Erie Philharmonic Orchestra, , Pittsburgh Opera, Canton Symphony Orchestra, and Venice Symphony Orchestra. He is also a returning member of the Peterborough Bach Festival in Peterborough, New Hampshire. 

Harley holds a bachelor of music in Flute Performance from California State University Long Beach, and a master of music in Flute Performance from Carnegie Mellon University.
