Roberta Vigliani is a collaborative leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing financial and strategic planning in the nonprofit, corporate, government, information technology, and higher education sectors. Joining ACG in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, she has a proven track record in guiding sizable, cross-functional teams in the design, redesign, and launch of cutting-edge business solutions to drive greater efficiency, engagement, and revenue.

Vigliani most recently served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer and Human Resources Director at Online Learning Consortium, a collaborative community of higher education leaders and innovators dedicated to advancing quality digital teaching and learning experiences designed to reach and engage the modern learner. In this role, she was responsible for providing executive leadership, financial and business operational strategies, and tactical management of financial resources to ensure the achievement of the organization’s long-range strategic business plan and objectives. As Human Resources Director, Vigliani oversaw performance evaluation procedures, professional development opportunities, payroll, and the management of the Paycheck Protection Program loan.

Prior to working at Online Learning Consortium, Vigliani spent 16 years at Pearson Education in Boston. As Finance Director and Business Manager, Higher Education, she managed and analyzed all financial metrics and supported more than 215 associates. In addition to increasing the operating profit by $1.6 million by identifying cost avoidance opportunities, she served as a member of the International Strategic Planning and Implementation Team, developing strategic partnerships with functional leaders to effectively bridge the gap between operational decisions and financial targets. For seven years, Vigliani held various roles at Mitre Corporation, including Corporate Financial Administrator.

Vigliani holds a bachelor of science degree in general management from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell and a master of business administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
