BOSTON — Arts Consulting Group (ACG), the leading provider of hands-on management consulting services to the arts and culture industry, today announced that Luisa Adrianzen Guyer has joined the firm as Vice President to support the Revenue Enhancement service area. Based in ACG’s Portland, Oregon location, Adrianzen Guyer brings extensive expertise to the firm, with a proven track record in fundraising, resource allocation, optimizing organizational performance, data-driven strategies, and cultivating meaningful donor and client relationships.

An esteemed executive and development specialist, Adrianzen Guyer has achieved impressive successes in senior positions at organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her recent roles as a nonprofit executive and fundraising professional include Director of Development at Portland Center Stage, Associate Director of Development at Portland Art Museum, Director of Development at Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, among others. Adrianzen Guyer also served as Executive Director at French American Museum Exchange and Converge 45, where she streamlined management, development, and communications activities. Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, Adrianzen Guyer served as Head of Chancery at the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office & Consulate General in San Francisco and promoted business development at independent film and commercial production companies in Los Angeles.

As a community leader, she currently serves as co-president of the Penney Family Fund and as board director and treasurer of Grantmakers of Oregon and Southwest Washington and contributes as a committee member of the Art Task Force of Central City Concern. Adrianzen Guyer is dedicated to advancing and supporting equity and inclusion, and is a member of Latinos Unidos 9th Cohort at Portland’s Latino Network.

Adrianzen Guyer holds dual Peruvian and first-generation United States citizenship, having been born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in Lima, New Orleans, and Miami. Adrianzen Guyer received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
