Native Arts and Cultures Foundation (NACF) has selected Katy Hilton as Director of Development, following an executive search process led by Arts Consulting Group (ACG). She began her tenure on April 18, 2022.
An experienced fundraising and development professional, Hilton joins NACF after her most recent position as the Director of Institutional Giving at Inner-City Arts in Los Angeles. While there, she has managed a robust portfolio of upper-level foundation, corporate, and government grant proposals, and worked with the CEO to manage key high-level donors and campaigns. Hilton previously held key positions at Center Theatre Group, Center for Cultural Innovation, and Pasadena Arts Council.
Active in her community, Hilton has served on boards at L.A. Stage Alliance and Women in Film. Hilton holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in theatre performance from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
“I am honored and thrilled to be joining the team at Native Arts and Cultures Foundation,” said Hilton. “I could not be more excited to commit my energy and expertise to supporting the mission, community, and transformational work happening at NACF right now.”
“Congratulations to the search committee, board, and staff of NACF on the announcement of Katy Hilton as the new Director of Development,” said ACG Vice President Todd Ahrens. “Hilton brings a dedication for transforming communities through cultural knowledge, as well as extensive experience in the capital campaign arena. We are excited to see what the future holds for NACF with Hilton helping to lead the way.”
