Rebecca A. Kittredge (she/her/hers) is an accomplished specialist in research and data analytics with over a decade of experience supporting operational efficiency of numerous organizations within the arts and culture sector. Her areas of expertise include survey design and analysis, subscriptions, memberships, sales strategies, audience experience, and operations.
Most recently, Kittredge served as Membership and Annual Fund Operations Manager at Massachusetts Audubon Society (Mass Audubon), the largest wildlife and habitat conservation organization in New England. Leading with exceptional analytical insights, Kittredge successfully managed member growth and engagement activities and followed through with new member prospects. She also developed strategic mutually beneficial partnerships with neighboring organizations. Kittredge acted as a lead for Regional Membership Representatives to ensure access to adequate tools and training for all Mass Audubon staff and volunteers across the state.
Prior to Mass Audubon, Kittredge held several positions at Boston Lyric Opera (BLO), including the role of Senior Manager, Audience Services & Analytics. During her time at BLO, Kittredge utilized qualitative and quantitative research to analyze the successes of each production and season, determine sales trends, and achieve earned revenue goals. Kittredge oversaw Box Office, Front of House, and Venue Operations for all BLO productions, including hiring, staffing, training, and all details pertaining to the on-site patron experience and on-site operations. Previously, Kittredge also worked with The Mary Baker Eddy Library.
Kittredge holds a bachelor of arts degree in theater, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island.
